Customers' Charter

Fairness and integrity have been the cornerstone of our success. Customer care is paramount to us - responding quickly and efficiently to customers’ problems is what we’re about.

Fair rates

We charge a set half-hourly rate which you are informed of prior to booking the job. You can then decide whether to proceed. The hourly rate will depend on the day of the week, and the time of day. However, there will always be a minimum half-hourly charge, even if the problem is rectified quickly.

Late arrivals

In the unlikely event that we cannot reach you within a specified time, we will inform you and discount your bill by £10.

No call-out charges

We do not charge a separate call-out charge. The half-hourly rate is subject to VAT. Your PlumbXpress plumber will ask you to sign an invoice prior to commencement of the work. This is to confirm that you have read the terms and conditions and authorise the engineer to carry out any remedial work and agree to the charges. Payment can be made by cheque, debit or credit card.
